Ansley App Upgrade

Description

The Ansley App gives members easy and direct access to club information at the touch of a finger. By consistently reviewing current features and gauging member needs, we have been able to add new features to increase the app’s functionality, and enhance the member experience. These new features include checking the monthly security pin code for building access, updating your member profile photo, signing up for fitness classes and tennis clinics, requesting dining reservation and more. Having a central location for members to access this information improves their “Ansley Experience” by saving time and making their life simple.

Implementation

The Communications Committee discussed adding additional functionality to the app that would make the member experience easy and simple. Once new features were agreed upon, the team worked with the app support/development team at Pacesetter Technology to implement the news features. By tracking usage on certain features we saw a spike in member downloads, an increase in members updating their profile pictures, and questions coming in about how to use certain new features indicating that members were interested, and using the app at a higher volume than before. Members have commented on the ease of use and clean look the app upgrade provided.
