Description

Farmington Country Club's integrated applicant tracking system has streamlined and automated our recruitment and hiring process, allowing us to focus our time and attention on building a quality workforce rather than burdening us with the administration of the hiring process. It also enhances communication and collaboration between HR and our department managers. The process of tracking the recruiting source of hires is now automated; we use this information to plan and budget for our recruitment activities. The dashboard feature displays the status of every job opening and the recruiting workflow, from receiving applications to hiring employees.
