Are You the Next MVP? Employee Recognition Program

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The MVP program is used to recognize the outstanding work that employees do for each other and our members. This celebration is for the employee who consistently goes above and beyond for members or staff, one who has consistently improved in his/her performance over time, and the team member who provides a solid foundation for his/her department’s success. The winners of this award receive a “Publishers Clearing House” type of surprise party that takes place in the recipient’s department.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The benefit to this is that employees are recognized for demonstrating the Club standards that we hold very dearly at CCV as well as our motto of “An Evolution to Excellence through Continuous Improvement.” It is a fun and creative way to reinforce the importance of exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
