How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This event year after year is profitable for our Club. Not only in our bottom line, but each year we gain one to two new members from this event. This concert allows our members to show off River Bend as a family-friendly club with a unique member experience. The goal of this event is to let parents have one last night out with friends before school gets into full swing. We hold this event on our Golf Practice Facility to really play into the outdoor concert experience.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The members absolutely love this event. We offer early reservation pricing starting in mid-August to the end of August; two weeks roughly, and in that two week time-frame, over half of our event is booked with some members bringing 15-20 guests. We hold this event every second Saturday in September. The Members love being able to bring their friends and family for an all-inclusive concert experience complete with board walk style food (sliders, tacos etc…) ice luges, drinks and plenty of dancing and singing along to covers of hit songs. At the end of the night we have three sedans on site to take Members and their guest’s home safely. This has quickly become the most popular event that we hold each year.
