Back-to-School Bash

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Juniors (ages 5-10) were invited to join our Racquet Sports Professionals and Pro Shop staff to celebrate the new school year with tennis games and water balloons!

The event alleviated some of the stress a new school year brings, allowed juniors to reconnect with friends, and helped them get to know the Professional staff.

It also boosted pro shop sales and unloaded extra shop inventory to make new for new product.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Member Reactions: It was a massive hit! We originally opened the event up to 40 kids and due to demand, we opened up the reservations to 60 kids. Members, both kids and adults, raved about how much fun it was and what a great stress relief it was to have such a fun event during the chaos of Back-to-School. This will definitely be a repeat event.
