How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our club truly values a safe, healthy, and positive culture for our Members and our Team to enjoy. Recognizing the desire to have convenient and efficient access to medical care on The Mountain, we created a fully-staffed, multi-faceted on-site medical clinic, which provides free medical care to Members, Teammates and their dependents. It’s available and complimentary to all Teammates, whether they are enrolled in the Club’s insurance plan or not. Operationally, a visit to the doctor doesn’t require a day away from work. We can get a quick check-up and head back to business. Plus, it reinforces our healthy club culture, allowing us to focus on creating exceptional experiences for our Members every day. Members appreciate the benefit which pays dividends in Member appreciation and loyalty.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

For this new medical clinic, Desert Mountain partnered with HonorHealth, one of Arizona's leading non-profit medical services providers, giving our Members and Teammates on-site access to a medical team and physician five days a week, free of charge. HonorHealth was introduced to us through one of the Club’s prominent foundations, paving the way for a successful local partnership. The clinic provides everything from complete physical exams to comprehensive and preventative health care, and from vaccinations to electrocardiograms (EKG) to wellness programs and screenings. There's even a Phlebotomy Room for lab testing--all on-site, all at no cost. Understandably, the response from Members and Teammates has been overwhelmingly positive.
