Beverage Menus on iPads

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Philadelphia Country Club transitioned all beverage menus to iPads using the App Uncorked. The benefits of this change have been eliminated printing costs, instantly updates all menus, reduced table clutter, provides a lighted menu that magnify, gives detailed description of each item and used as a staff training tool.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We purchased additional iPads for the Dining Room and our Beverage Manager used the software to upload our wine lists. It has been very well received by the Membership. In particular because we never have to tell them that we do not have a wine, we are able to instantly update it to be correct in "real time." We have also been able to reduce cost and improve efficiency for the Managers and their time.
