How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Every October, the team at Charlotte Country Club pairs with members from the Board of Governors and members of various committees for a fun day at the club. The team enjoyed a catered lunch from a local eatery, and had the option of playing 9 holes of golf or participating in a pickleball bracket.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This is a great opportunity for the team to get to know members that are more involved around the club, as well as a chance to bond with each other. Teammates also had the opportunity to enter a raffle for CCC merchandise and prizes!
