How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Just like the Little Free Library concept seen in local communities, we debuted a free staff book resource library for all to enjoy.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We established two locations – one at each clubhouse by our break rooms  for our Book Nooks. Each library has 3 book categories: Professional Development, Take a Break, and Children’s Books. The concept is simple – need a book, take one; have a book, leave one!

The shelves were initially stocked with donations from our Management Team. The inventory has grown over time and we are glad this can be a learning resource or a mental break for staff when needed.
