How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We wanted to do something that would engage members who normally would not have any interaction, something more than the average "meet n greet". We asked members if they would be willing to share their talents to enhance club events and outside charity venues. The response was overwhelming and has succeeded beyond our wildest dreams!!!

How was this idea implemented and what have been the club members' reactions?

We organized weekly get together and decided what events or charities we would like to participate in. We then chose a theme and worked around that asking members what and how they would like to contribute. Some members volunteered as performers, others as behind the scenes crew.

Members have been thrilled to be a part of what we call "Powerhouse" and participation has grown to over 200!
