Broken Sound Kids' Club

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In recent years, our membership demographic has shifted to include more families with children creating a need to amplify our Juniors program. Apart from revamping the program with exciting activities, the Broken Sound Kids Club also received a complete overhaul making it a favorite among our youngest Members. Our Juniors Room was outfitted with a custom Broken Sound décor and loaded with top-of- the-line games, including some vintage favorites, for all to enjoy. Our Toddler Room was outfitted with a unique look and incorporated various elements to engage multiple senses as they learn and grow with us. Families utilize the Kids Club more now by dropping off their children, or grandchildren, so they may utilize other services in the building such as the spa, salon, tennis, fitness, or even play cards.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our Juniors, and their families, truly appreciate the attention to detail that was given to this space in addition to the caliber of staff we have leading our Juniors programming. We have seen an increase in the use of the new Kids Club which includes babysitting services allowing parents more free time.
