Bucket List Board

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Bald Peak Bucket List is a way to integrate staff members into the community by sharing what our beautiful Lakes Region area has to offer.  The Bucket List ideas are great conversation starters with our team, and they take pride in completing each one and adding their names to the “Completed” tags on the board.  If a staff member misses any of the activities, they are eager to return for another season to complete the list of adventures and to see what new ones have been added.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Bald Peak Bucket List has been a staple in our onboarding and employee orientation.  Employees are reminded of the Bucket List and other staff activities during our weekly correspondence.  Club Members love the Lakes Region and thoroughly enjoy talking with the employees about the activities they have completed.  When Club members are toured through the employee areas, the Bald Peak Bucket List always stands out as a prominent feature.
