How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

At Charlotte Country Club we created an Instagram for all active team members! This Instagram page is used to spotlight celebrations, behind the scenes of departments, and club team communications!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

It was implemented by having the team send in names for the social media page, these names were voted on by department heads. It was then advertised through flyers and emails!
