How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In an effort to reduce waste and single use cups at the pool during the summer months, we have implemented a reusable water bottle program. This program allows members to purchase a logoed reusable water bottle with unlimited soda, tea, and lemonade refills for the entirety of pool season. This saves the club money by minimizing inventory, saves the club from additional waste, and increases revenue.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Each year, our team designs a new CamelBak water bottle to be used in the promotion. Members are able to purchase these bottles at the pool bar or towel shop and use them all summer long. We have had great usage and responses from members about this water bottle promotion, especially from members with younger kids who frequent the club during pool season. Members also look forward to the new designs each year and take pride in having any Ansley logo product they can reuse. This also provides efficiency while members are poolside with quick, easy transactions since no member number is required.
