Capital Projects Checklist

Description

The checklist for large capital projects has ensured that cost and schedule controls for capital projects are maintained and that proper accountability is tracked throughout the life of the project. Just as important, the checklist by its nature achieves buy-in by the Board and all claimants so there are no surprised or misunderstood expectations of the cost, schedule and end-product.
