The Cars & Coffee event has significantly enhanced operations by strengthening our community engagement and offering a unique experience that appeals to a specific group of members. This event provides a an informal, yet high quality gathering for car enthusiast, bringing together members with shared interest in automobiles. It's not just about showcasing the cars but creating an opportunity for members to connect, network, and enjoy a relaxed morning together.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea for Cars & Coffee was implemented by our Weyhill Guest House Committee with the goal of creating a casual yet engaging event that would appeal to car enthusiasts among our membership. We saw an opportunity to offer a unique gathering that would allow members to showcase their cars, connect with like minded individuals, and enjoy a relaxed social atmosphere. The members' reactions have been overly positive with many expressing how much they appreciate the opportunity  to showcase their vehicles in a low pressure setting as well as connect with others who share a passion for cars.
