How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This idea started as a way to drum up business in slower months, but has become a club staple. When thinking about dining, this is a way to have members want to come to the club to use their complete birthday dinner on us (and bring guests in the process), of which a few of those guests have since become members!!!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This is emailed out weekly as a reminder and members are thrilled and some shocked that every aspect of their individual meal is included in this.
