Celebration in a Box

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When members have birthdays, anniversaries, or other monumental moments and they cannot go out to celebrate, they reach out to catering to provide them an experience they can have at home. From a unique 4 course meal, to flowers and a bottle of wine, we have offered our members a taste of the Met Club in the comfort and safety of their own home. Adding this feature has given the culinary team a creative outlet when working with the member and their personalized menu. We have also seen that members are thinking about additional moments to celebrate since it was such a big hit for them the first time!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We sent out an email blast and after the first member ordered, we took pictures of their celebration in a box and included it in future email blasts. The visibility of the box was the selling point for most all of the future orders! We have heard nothing but wonderful feedback.
