How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Celebrate Innovation with an Internal Idea Fair at your club! Each year, we transform one all-staff meeting into a mini “Idea Fair.” Employees can peruse all of the posters submitted nationally by each department to the CMAA Idea Fair to learn more about the ideas, vote on their favorites, and enjoy activities, contests, and food & beverage options themed to represent many of the ideas.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Celebration of Innovation:

• Helps more employees at large understand what the Idea Fair is
• Fosters connection by allowing staff to learn more about the creativity in other departments and across the club
• Inspires innovation on a smaller scale, much like the Idea Fair does nationally
