How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This program provides consistency with our onboarding, service, and culture but also our staff takes pride in being part of the hiring process. This creates opportunities for staff to make a difference and grow their career, but also provide the highest quality of service to the membership. Providing every staff member with the same tools and information to be successful has been beneficial in all aspects of our club’s service.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

While the club was under renovation, our training process was reviewed and the idea of engaging our current staff in the training process was created. This provides direct involvement from the staff within the program. There has been nothing but positive comments from membership regarding our highest quality of service, and consistent dining experiences.
