Chateau Lynch Bages Wine Dinner

Description

The Chateau Lynch Bages Wine Dinner was different than most events held at MRGC because it was not held in the Main Dining Clubhouse. Normally used as a storage shed for the Green Department equipment, the barn was cleaned out, power washed, and converted into a beautiful event space. Farmhouse style tables were brought in and beautifully decorated with mason jars, burlap runners, and centerpieces made of fresh flowers. String lights were hung in the rafters to create a picturesque look that pull together the entire space. Members and guest arrived to a completely transformed space with a rustic feel. Creating this event took countless hours from our dedicated Clubhouse Staff and Green Department.

Implementation

Members and their guest were overjoyed with the outcome of the event and are looking forward to the next opportunity to host an event in the barn. The most magical part was that many members didn't even know where the greens building was and they were amazed by the transformation. The club has hosted 10 wine events per year over the last ten years and this will go down as the most epic one yet.
