Under the new leadership of Bogdan Danila, Director of Culinary and Michelin-Starred Chef, an exclusive monthly dining experience, “Chef Dan’s Culinary Showcase” was created for our Members highlighting only the finest ingredients for a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members of Broken Sound Club were beyond ecstatic when Chef Dan joined the team as they wanted to experience Michelin-caliber dishes within their own community. Chef Dan humbly discussed his culinary vision for the Club with our members just as HBO Max released “Zero Waste Chef” which centered around Chef Dan’s passion for weaving culinary and sustainability.
