How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Farmington’s culinary team provided a unique dining experience to members. After the cancellation of a highly-anticipated event, six lucky members were given another opportunity to dine at the North Bar, as Chef Matarazzo prepared a spectacular five-course dinner behind the bar. Chef wrote a five-course tasting menu specific to the event. John Hoberg, Beverage Manager, paired each course with a wine or specialty cocktail. The dinner was very interactive, as members watched the prepping process, conversed with Chef Matarazzo, and experienced the creation of their meal from beginning to end.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members were thrilled to be part of this one-of-a-kind event. It further strengthened the relationship between Farmington's members and the staff. Our members truly appreciate the efforts of our culinary team and staff members!
