How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Santa’s Woods is a magical place in Omaha, NE that offers the top 1% of Christmas Trees in terms of quality and appearance. It is a fun experience for kids to go pick out their Christmas tree because they get to see Santa, reindeer, and really get into the Christmas spirit. Knowing this and wanting to support a local business, our Champions Run teamed up to make our own magical tree farm right here in our empty pool. We wanted our members to have the same enchanting experience right here at their club. We teamed up with Santa’s Woods to purchase 30 of the best Christmas Trees, ranging from 6ft. to 12ft. Our members fell in love with this event because it really kicks off the Christmas season in a jolly, festive way.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our Champions Run team collaborated on this event to ensure we thought of every possible thing to enhance the experience for our members. One of our own managers, Brogan, worked tirelessly a week prior to the event to guarantee that every inch of our splash park was decorated with lights. We set up the trees to look like a nostalgic tree farm; we hired Santa, reindeer, rented a fake snow machine, purchased ornaments for people to decorate, and rented several photo opportunities. This event is nothing short of extraordinary for all ages.
