How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We have been able to manipulate data on a department level, club level, without disruption of a spreadsheet that can become disturbed by manipulation. It has allowed for us to dissect our employees by department and apply market increases to salaries without having to adjust multiple line items.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea was implemented after seeing that we would have a lot of forecasting during this fiscal year with undergoing construction. We needed the ability to adjust to different scenarios quickly and it has saved a ton of time. The club members have enjoyed having this solution because it enables them to view real time performance of the clubs financials from anywhere in the world.
