this brings a personal touch to the membership. By our different forms of communications, we bring our members general information and personal messaging directly to them. they love a good laugh and personal touch as the first email they see on their birthday

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Some of these ideas have been adapted from previous versions at our club, and others are totally new. our birthday video has been exceptionally received and brings the member's emotion that much closer to the club
