How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This monthly video serves as a video newsletter and is hosted by Golf Channel’s Lauren Thompson. It is emailed along with our monthly digital calendar/newsletter to each member and can also be accessed via social media channels. Combined with all of our other communications it helps members feel that they are in the know at all times and that information at the club is always interesting as well as transparent.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Club Insider, as you would expect, takes a team effort. Our communications team brainstorms ideas. Script is written by our communications consultant and mini-vignettes are shot and edited by communications coordinator Amanda Lorenzo who also gathers relevant photos that she often shoots herself. All is then packaged and sent to an outside production company who employs the host, Golf Channel’s Lauren Thompson. We approve the final edit that is enjoyed both by members and the public (via social media channels).
