How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

“Club Tropicana” was a party born on the fusion of a tropical island and a little bit of disco ball sparkle. This was the theme of our annual summer party that was casual, fun, delicious and enhanced the relationship between members and staff.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Leis were available for all the members, who happily showed up wearing their best tropical attire and the staff donned Hawaiian shirts. There were specialty drinks, and a menu that showcased meals from our H2B hometown islands and allowed them to incorporate their own creativity. Steel drums outside by the firepit were a huge hit, and together, our members & staff danced the night away with the band up on the deck.
