How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In 2022 one of Greystone's two clubhouses & courses underwent significant renovations. During this time, the facility and course were closed, but Members were curious about the progress of the projects. To keep them informed, Greystone produced and published a weekly video blog featuring our General Manager or our Director of Course Maintenance. They then took Members virtually to the renovation site and described each week's progress in detail.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The video blog quickly became the Members' preferred resource for information on the projects. One especially popular video included Course Designers Rees Jones & Steve Weisser on the property with our Course Maintenance team answering questions about the major changes.
