How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Transform the entire clubhouse into a Big Top! Each opening party tops last year's and this was no exception. This party sets the "theme" for the year as members kick-off the season.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The clubhouse transformation was amazing with this year's season opening party held under the Big Top. Through dramatic draping of reds and golds, on-site created amusement booths and dining venues designed to mirror a vintage circus, this event came to life. Members arrived to circus characters, and chose their personal entry ticket to begin the evening's festivities. There were jugglers, dancers, a bearded lady, a three-legged lady, a fortune teller and of course, a ringmaster. Entrees were elegant and accented by cracker jacks, popcorn, peanuts, cotton candy, etc. The club members were in awe and a fun time was had by all!
