Committee Open House

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Committee Open Houses allowed us to open up an avenue for our less connected members to become more involved in their club and break down barriers of entry. This has helped to provide a broader spectrum of diversity amongst our committees.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Open House was hosted twice during the committee application period to accommodate different member's schedules. Members enjoyed each Open House and great conversations were had at the round table sessions for each committee.
