How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
We showcased our Club’s core values through video to reinforce the impact they have on our culture.
The videos are a way to humanize and bring to life our core values:
- Integrity
- Ownership
- Excellence
- Innovation
- Connection
- Service
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Various line-level employees were invited to “star” in the videos and answer questions related to one of our values. After editing, each video includes poignant and sometimes humorous snippets of 5-6 employees talking about what the value means to them. Videos are featured in New Employee Orientation, shared in the employee newsletter, and incorporated into values-based training.
