How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

As the country and world learned more about COVID-19, the state and local guidelines were always in flux, requiring the Club to pivot and adapt to the ever-changing environment. To ensure the Club’s leadership and operations were on the same page at any given point, the Club created the BCC Coronavirus Playbook. This 242-page document contained applicable rules and guidelines, sanitation procedures, all COVID-19 related member and staff communications, and programming changes. The Club also recorded all communication forms in emails, reservation restrictions, virtual programming, limited events, and to-go menus.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The implantation of the COIVD-19 Playbook was documenting all discussions, decisions and results & data. The club also documented all forms of communications in e-blasts, reservation restrictions, virtual programming, limited events, and To-Go menus. The playbook also serves as written documentation for historical purposes which will be cataloged and Archived for future generations. The Playbook also became reliable resource for staff to refer to when restrictions were once again tightened as cases began to increase in November and December of 2020.
