How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In March, when the closures began and in-person events at the Club were limited or not allowed at all, we immediately realized a need for a virtual community to keep our membership connected during this difficult time. We turned our weekly emails into the "PCC Plugged In" and also created a virtual library on the website to host all video (zoom or youtube) links in one easy place. It did not matter where in the country our members were staying safe, they were able to enjoy interacting with each other and learning new things each week.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We re-branded our weekly emails to the "PCC Plugged In" and our entire team began creating virtual experiences or offerings to be enjoyed and provide value to our Members. It has been very well received and members have already discussed keeping some of the virtual events even when things are back to "normal." The members now look forward to staying connected with PCC each week with the PCC Plugged In.
