Culinary Theme Nights
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
While adapting to the industry-wide challenge of decreased supply and product availability, the culinary team at Farmington Country Club implemented a monthly theme night to enliven the dining experience for our members. Themes such as Authentic Thai Night, Peruvian Night, German Night, Sushi Night, Syrian Night, South African Night, Middle Eastern Night, Indian Night, and many others provided members with new and exciting cuisines, enhanced cultural awareness, and brought renewed appreciation for our diverse and talented culinary team.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Each member of the culinary team created menus inspired by or based on their cultural heritage or home countries. The resulting menus, featuring highly authentic offerings, allowed team members to lead, inspire, and share their unique stories. Feedback from our members was outstanding. The team received written and in-person compliments from members. Some members took it as an opportunity to share their cultural recipes and experiences with the team.
