More than a meal, we created a truly immersive and theatrical experience for our cherished members and guests.

Our philosophy goes beyond serving perfectly chilled wine. At the core of our operations, we foster an environment that enthusiastically encourages creativity, embraces innovation, and commits to crafting unique, memorable experiences.

Our dedicated staff continually strives to transcend conventional boundaries, always finding ways to delight both the member's palate and eyes. This ambition echoed loudly when our exceptional Food and Beverage manager, Matthew Salinas, envisioned an extraordinary concept: a staff performance featuring our singing skills.

Sidney Bowen, an incredibly talented coach, collaborated with us to perfect our vocals. The 'Cup Song' became our chosen performance piece. These enlightening practice sessions were marked by energetic teamwork and mutual support, cheering one another on.

 The success of this performance not only set a vibrant tone for the night but unequivocally showcased our commitment to pushing boundaries and creating impactful experiences.

Our Innovation Committee (made up of employees only) focuses such creative sparks, promoting unconventional ideas to keep refining our services, much like refining a fine wine. As we anticipate more "out of the box" ventures, we remain committed to exceeding expectations, aiming not just to be the best, but to consistently surpass our previous best, reaching for the stars.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea was implemented through a well-structured, organized approach. Every Friday for six weeks, we held song practices with our team under the expert guidance of our coach, Sidney Bowen. This dedicated and consistent timeframe allowed our team to prepare thoroughly for the performance.

The result was a magnificent and memorable performance that received overwhelming positive reactions from our members. The performance set an upbeat tone for the rest of the Daou Wine Dinner evening and left members raving about the unique and creative experience. This successful implementation demonstrated the potential of such innovations to greatly enrich our events and experiences, further enhancing member satisfaction and engagement.
