Idea Fair

December Hot Cocoa & Santa Gram

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The December Hot Cocoa & Santa Gram initiative was a total game-changer during our busiest month of the year. With 75 events and over 7,000 guests, the holiday season could’ve been overwhelming, but this effort kept spirits high. Employees sending Santa Grams to their favorite coworkers brought personal connection and appreciation in the middle of the chaos. When executives dressed up as Santa and delivered the messages, it became a fun, lighthearted moment that brightened everyone's day. Even during peak stress, the initiative created a sense of community, recognition, and joy, making it easier to power through a demanding month. It helped build team morale, remind everyone of the value they bring, and kept the energy up during a crazy holiday rush. It was a perfect balance of holiday cheer and team support!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Hot Cocoa & Santa Gram initiative was implemented by having employees send personalized Santa Grams to their coworkers, while executives dressed as Santa to hand-deliver them each morning. Members and their families were tickled to see Santa walking through the club, bringing joy to the facility. Those who saw the Employee News Board were delighted by the festive spirit, which contributed to an overall uplifted atmosphere and positive member satisfaction. The initiative was a fun, memorable way to celebrate the holidays and spread cheer throughout the club.
