The organic growth of Desert Mountain’s Outdoor Adventures department led to the creation of the “Desert Mountain Destination Club.” The Destination Club provides its members with an array of bespoke off-property adventure and travel experiences, including coordinating private excursions for Members’ family and friends.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The expansion of the Outdoor Adventures team’s offerings to promote destination travel was implemented through additional Destination Club branding, marketing materials, features on Desert Mountain’s Podcast and placement on the club’s internal website. The number of hikers has climbed five-fold in two years and the number of off-property hikes and adventures have witnessed exponential growth, with full participation by Members.
