How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Keeping our members informed and engaged has been our top priority during this pandemic. Our Communications Team collaborated with various departments to compile information for an activity booklet and special editions of the Lifestyle magazine, our monthly membership bulletin.

BCC Digital Activity Booklet was an e-book that was perfect for the whole family during the stay-at-home order in Maryland.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

To keep our members informed during the month of April, the Club released its first digital special edition of Lifestyle magazine to our membership containing information on virtual events and to-go options the Club was offering. The success of the special edition cultivated with the Fall/Winter special edition which went in detail about the upcoming holiday season and what members should expect.
