How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The event was complimentary, which is always a fan favorite. Who doesn’t love FREE donuts?!? Not surprisingly, it quickly became a ‘we should do this more often’ event.

Donut Worry, Be Happy signage greeted people as they arrived and made for some wonderful back-to-school photos. While simple to execute, it was the perfect way to put smiles on many faces.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This was treated as a popup event, with promotions mainly on social media stories. It was a fantastic way to say farewell to summer and wish everyone happy back to school! The set up allowed them to drive-up or walk-up and snag donuts, milk, juice, and coffee before they headed to school. It was designed to be a grab and go event, however we saw lots of families take the opportunity to socialize that morning. Backpacks were shown off, class schedules discussed, and people reminisced on the fleeting summer days.
