Early Santa Photos

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Santa normally visits the club for our annual Santa Brunch the Sunday before Christmas. This unfortunately leaves little to no time to be able to utilize these photos for Christmas cards. At the request of one of our Social Committee members the club chose to install the “North Pole” background early in November and ring up the big guy.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

On November 12th Santa visited Field Club from 3pm – 5pm. Members made reservations for 5-minute time slots to be photographed with Santa. The photos were available as early as the following Monday ensuring those families would have ample time for printing and distribution of their 2022 holiday cards.
