Our New Elbow Wine Lounge Experience

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Fiddler's main dining room had a space that was generally used for casual drinks and passing through to the formal dining area. We transformed this area into a modern wine experience, where member's can enjoy glasses of wine and complimented food pairings on their own. serving 20 varieties of wines by the glass on our new preservation system, Wine Club Members and those alike can have their own RFID card paired to their account for an interactive, self-service experience. Pouring either a taste, half glass, or full glass, the completely customizable and controllable system allows us to control each member's account, individually, from a website. We serve wines by the glass that are otherwise inaccessible to most based on price or availability and gives members a wine experience of a lifetime

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Though newly implemented, our members have become obsessed with this interactive display of premium wines. having the ability to dispense their own beverage, our members have quickly found themselves comfortable at serving premium and ultra-premium wines in a personal way, with food pairings, all at their own speed(and securely controlled, of course)
