How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Houston Racquet Club converted a handful of its gas-powered equipment to electric and cordless. Electric walk-behind mowers and leaf blowers are less expensive to operate in the long run than gas mowers and blowers when annual maintenance and gas expenses are included.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

When gas prices skyrocketed, we needed cost-effective alternatives to improve the Members' experience here at the Club. After we changed the inventory with a more environmentally friendly brand, the Members felt valued, and their feedback was taken into consideration.
