How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We didn't have to dig deep to find out what makes our city identifiable, and post-pandemic has given us a clear view that our operations directly compete with the other operations all around town. A Friday night with laidback live music, surrounded by friends, that can be experienced not only around our beautiful fire pits, but also on our terrace seating, is a perfect pairing with a heavy pour of bourbon over ice.

Not only are our Friday sales notably higher on our live music nights, but our return visits have increased, and our tables sell out weeks in advance. We'll keep adding to this operation leading into the next year.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Bourbon will never be turned down in Tennessee! We are able to use our barrel for a number of house cocktails in all of our outlets, and there is a waiting list for our agave, hopefully launching just in time for pool season 2023.

When we received the results for our 2022 programming, we were shocked that the most natural (and easiest) "event" that we hosted was the one most appreciated by membership: live music nights on our brand new patio. Needless to say, we've already started booking for 2023!
