How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We invited former employees who worked at CCV for 10+ years to a special alumni lunch, seating them with some of our existing long-time employees who worked closely with those alumni.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We shared details on upcoming capital projects and other notable happenings for the Club. The retirees and past employees were so happy to be invited, to catch up with their former coworkers, and to see how the Club has changed since they left. It was so well received that we plan to make it an annual event, and the initiative establishes a strong foundation for sustained employee engagement and future recruitment efforts.
