Employee Anniversary Service Luncheon

This program has enhanced our operation by continuing to build on the employee promise and their commitment to the membership. Our employees very much enjoy attending this event, and you can see the genuine pride in their faces when their experiences and contributions are shared with the other employees.

Implementation

In an environment where staff turnover can be high, we acknowledge and show appreciation to our tenured staff through a Service Award Program specifically in their honor. The program is applicable to employees who have attained service milestones in increments of 5 years through 25 plus years. They are sent a personalized invitation directly to their home address. Each department head writes a page on their employee which is loaded onto a PowerPoint presentation for the luncheon and also written on a personalized card, signed by the department head for the employee to take home with their commemorative plaque.
