How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Each year we hold a "Health Fair" for our employees as we are firm believers in investing in our team members' overall well-being. At the heart of our commitment to employee well-being, our annual Health Fair drew an impressive turnout of 126 Team Members.  Themed "Focus on You," the event underscored the importance of self-care for our hardworking team. Each year, the Health Fair continues to be a highlight for our employees as they can learn more about benefits while enjoying other health and wellness-related activities. Divided into two sections, with the first focusing on “Your Benefits”, employees had the opportunity to speak with representatives from Hillcrest’s benefits providers to join open enrollment or make changes to their current plans. Additionally, we celebrated the theme of “Your Lifestyle” with engaging activities like group yoga, a putting contest, made-to-order smoothies, and a lively photo booth. Completing the success of this event included vital health services like skin cancer screenings, biometric assessments, blood pressure readings, and flu and COVID-19 vaccines.
