Our new housing complex helps us recruit and retain the best staff possible. Our provided housing gives us a competitive advantage when interviewing H2B staff. We believe that providing quality housing produces happy, fun, and motivated employees that will in turn reciprocate to membership's experience.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The project was approved by the membership and resulted in high quality staff that the members love. They enjoy knowing that our staff is well taken care of. Because of this our staff is happy to be at work and return season after season.
