Employee Social Calendar

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In 2017 Manasquan River Golf Club started an official Employee Social Calendar. Having successfully hosted employee events in previous years, we felt that it was time to expand on our efforts and create the calendar to be distributed to all of our employees. With various events ranging from bowling and our annual Holiday Party, to giving back to the community with fundraising efforts, we feel that these events really enhance the sense of teamwork and comradery among our staff. As important as it is to host events for Members and their guests throughout the year, it is just as important to show our appreciation to the Team that helps us do that. Because after all, they are what helps make MRGC what it is!
