Employee Town Hall Meeting
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
The Country Club of Darien hosted its first “Employee Town Hall” which included a light breakfast, enhanced lunch buffet, an Agenda of topics including club financials, HR benefits, upcoming and new incentives, growth, giveaways, and an open forum for Q & A. Confetti was popped, and cow bells rang for announcements to add excitement.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
This initiative was implemented as a part of our club culture to ensure that employees were well-informed about the club, benefits, opportunities, growth and its future endeavors!
